Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use Sotuvchi.ai, a paid online service for Instagram shops operated by Nahl Group Inc., a Delaware corporation. By signing in or using the service, you agree to them.
The Service
Sotuvchi.ai is a hosted service. You sign up, connect an Instagram Business or Creator account, create a store, and add your products, or connect MoySklad to use the products you already keep there. When a customer messages your account, the AI seller answers with your products, prices, and stock, collects the order details, and sends the customer your card details to pay. You approve the payment, and stock is updated. You can also set up keyword campaigns that reply to comments on your own posts and reels, read and answer your Instagram conversations in the app, and see reports. The service is provided by Nahl Group Inc..
Eligibility And Accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You may connect only Instagram Business or Creator accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure.
Your Shop And Your Customers
You are the seller. Your sales are between you and your customers: customers pay you directly, and Nahl Group Inc. is not a party to them, does not receive or hold customer payments, and is not responsible for delivery, refunds, or the goods you sell. Keep your products, prices, stock, and payment details accurate, and check each payment before you approve an order. You are responsible for handling your customers' personal data lawfully.
The AI Seller
The AI seller answers only from the information you give it, but AI can make mistakes. Check your conversations and orders in the app. Messages the AI sends on your behalf are your responsibility in the same way as messages you write. You can answer any conversation yourself, which pauses the AI there, and you can turn the AI seller off for your store at any time.
Authorized Use
Do not use the service to send spam, deceptive, harassing, unlawful, or unsolicited bulk messages, to sell illegal or prohibited goods, or to collect data you are not entitled to collect. Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, disrupt the service, or access data that is not yours. The service only replies to people who commented on your content or wrote to your account first, and you may not use it to message anyone else.
Plans And Payment
Paid plans are paid in advance for a month (30 days) or a year (365 days) at a time, through Payme or by card through Stripe. Prices are shown on our website and in the app before you pay. Plans do not renew automatically: nothing is charged unless you pay again. If you have a question about a payment, email support@nahl-group.com.
Platform Compliance
You agree to follow the Meta Platform Terms, Instagram policies, including the Instagram Commerce Policies, applicable messaging rules, consumer protection, privacy, advertising, and anti-spam laws. We may rate-limit, pause, or disable campaigns or the AI seller where they create compliance, abuse, security, or deliverability risk.
Your Content
You keep ownership of your products, pictures, messages, links, and other content. You give us permission to store and process it, and to send it through Instagram on your behalf, only so that we can provide the service.
Availability
The service depends on third-party platforms including Meta, AI, email, storage, and hosting providers. We work to operate it reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features.
Suspension And Termination
You can stop using the service at any time by disconnecting Instagram and asking us to delete your data. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if Meta restricts the account or app, or if required by law.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that messages will always be delivered, since delivery depends on Instagram and its rules.
Limitation Of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nahl Group Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, sales, data, or business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred United States dollars if you paid nothing.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
