About Us
Sotuvchi.ai is a paid online service for online shops that sell on Instagram. It is built and operated by Nahl Group Inc., a Delaware software company.
What We Do
Shops connect their Instagram Business or Creator account and add their products. When a customer writes to the shop, the Sotuvchi.ai AI seller answers in Uzbek or Russian with the shop's own products, prices, and stock, collects the order details, and sends the shop's payment details. The shop owner sees every conversation, approves each payment, and can answer any customer personally. Shops can also reply automatically to comments that contain a keyword, and see orders, sales, and post statistics in one place.
How We Work With Instagram
Sotuvchi.ai uses Instagram's official API and Instagram business login. We never ask for an Instagram password, and we only reply to people who commented on the shop's own posts or wrote to the shop first, within the time Instagram allows.
